Common questions

I changed phones — how do I get my purchase back?

The purchase is one-time and tied to your Apple Account. In the app, open the purchase sheet and tap “Restore purchases”. There is no account to create and no password for us to keep.

Are my answers stored somewhere?

On your phone, yes — and nowhere else. There is no account and no server, and we have no access to it. The PDF leaves the device only if you choose to share it yourself. The details are in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app: its data is stored with it and goes at the same time. We hold no copy of it to erase on our side. Two caveats, said plainly: a copy can remain in your device backups until you delete those, and a PDF you have already shared stays wherever you sent it.

I no longer want anonymous statistics.

They are off by default and only ever turn on if you accept. You can change your mind at any time in “Your details”, under “Anonymous statistics”. They never contain your answers.

I would like a refund.

Refunds are not ours to give: purchases go through the App Store, and only Apple can refund them. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. Do write to us as well if something did not work — it is useful to know.

Is the app medical advice?

No, and that is deliberate. It puts your preferences into a form you can discuss with your team; it recommends nothing and replaces no conversation with a midwife or an OB. For anything medical, they are the ones to ask.
